  I loved the friendly staff. Heather who was at the front desk, went out of her way to let me check in early and even provided me with some refreshments while I waited. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained.   The receptionist was very friendly and when we arrived 30 min early before check in she was able to get us into our room early and she made us feel very welcomed. Very close to the New Braunfels river and Schlitterbahn water park that we were visiting.   We loved the cottage style accomodation, friendly and helpfulness of staff, and everything else that makes a stay away from home acceptable. The staff was so willing to find us a larger cottage when we told them the "queen"" cottage was just too small for 2 people. The cottage we stayed in had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and flat screen t... co mówią ludzie » v. large grassie area, back yard, and was not so close to next cottage that made it an especially amazing whick made our 5 day stay very relaxing. A - Frio was very nice and roomy for us, our two daughters and our 3 grandchildren. The porch made the stay even more pleasant as we had a place to visit while the little ones were still sleeping.We loved the linen and trash pick-up and also the in-door pool as we did not have to worry about too much sun for the 1 and 5 year olds. Look forward to our next visit.

  The service was excellent and the room was exceptionally clean. The entire hotel is a nonsmoking facility so it smells clean throughout. - Loved the kitchen and the spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were awesome. Overall excellent.
