Rooms and Hotel Interior are kept original (e.g. art deco in bar and shopping area) and you can feel the athmosphere and charme of old-days transatlantic luxury cruise,
quality of food in the restaurants is good and prices are reasonable,
location is great with a nice view on Long Beach Skyline,
well equipped and working fitness area,
Museum and historic places onboard open to hotel guests,
good connection with free shuttle bus to downtown Long Beach

The facilities were very modern and It was very clean. The décor was
bright. Not exactly like the pictures on the website, but still very
nice. The bathroom was fabulous, it felt like a spa bathroom, with the
huge shower and beautiful décor. The beds were very comfortable. The
breakfast was ok.

Breakfast is standard. One of the most important thing is free-of-charge
shuttle: it's not just from airport and back, but it's also
available for you during all your stay to get anywhere in the town.
It's very convinient since the taxi in town can be seen very rarily.

The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were a welcome treat. The suites were nicely furnished and very clean. It was very handy having a fridge and toaster in the room. -
Everything in Residence Inn was very satisfactory. When we moved to other hotels in other towns as per trip plan we were very dissatisfied with their services

Everything was very positive,the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle service to the airport with a reservation. They normally don't do the shuttle after 5 in the afternoon, but our flight out was at night. So they took us to the airport at 6 in the evening. stay at the Varden with small extra's like the wifi (could be a bit
faster) the 17-19 free wine and the 24/7 free coffee (which was nice
having quite a jetlag).

All of the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly, welcoming
& helpful. The location was excellent, being only a block from pine
Av & aprox 15min easy walk down to Shoreline Pier. The modern
,groovy room although compact, worked really well. It was spotless &
had everything you would need, ie Flatscreen Tv, hairdryer, plush towels
& bathroom products. We loved the little self-serve " tea-
coffee, snacks area" & not too mention the complimentary wine
between 5 & 7p

The room itself was just great! Everything was super clean. Even though we stayed in a smoking room the smell was faint and it wasn't bothersome. The room was bigger than what I was expecting which was a plus. Also there was a mini fridge and stove top which I wasn't counting on. Great experience. I wish all of the Best Western Inns were as clean

I enjoyed the friendliness of each person that I came into contact with that worked there! The free breakfast far surpassed and free hotel breakfast that I've had anywhere else. Great location and reasonable rates. Will recommend to others and will stay there again when I'm back in the area!!

I had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly and the handle had fallen off. I called and reported it and they were very quick to fix it. I really appreciate the speedy service. -

The motel is in a good location within close walking distance to good restaurants and the boat harbour.In a reasonably quiet area. Staff are friendly and helpful. -
I stayed there because I work at St Mary Medical Center and my apartment is not yet ready. it's close to restaurants and certainly close to the hospital.
