  I enjoyed the comfortable (though not very large) rooms and the easy stay at the Varden with small extra's like the wifi (could be a bit faster) the 17-19 free wine and the 24/7 free coffee (which was nice having quite a jetlag). The location was excellent, being only a block from pine Av & aprox 15min easy walk down to Shoreline Pier. The modern ,groovy room although compact, worked really well. It was spotless & had everything you would need, ie Flatscreen Tv, hairdryer, plush towels & bathroom products. We loved the little self-serve " tea- coffee, snacks area" & not too mention the complimentary wine between 5 & 7p

  The room itself was just great! Everything was super clean. Even though we stayed in a smoking room the smell was faint and it wasn't bothersome. The room was bigger than what I was expecting which was a plus. Also there was a mini fridge and stove top which I wasn't counting on. Great experience.
