  Enjoyed the facility itself, but the staff made our stay more pleasurable. The location was within walking distance to almost all of Newport. I will go again. - I love that the hotel is unique and desn't feel like any chain hotel. I also love the history of the hotel and that it has been open since 1929.

  Very accomodating staff...sent a bottle of wine to our room for our anniversary. Nice that there was an outdoor bar on premesis. Very happy they have shuttles taking you onto Thames St. Ordered fried calamari and it was very, very good! All staff so nice but Paulina who checked us in was outstanding!!!!!! - The location was beautiful.
