Enjoyed the facility itself, but the staff made our stay more pleasurable. The location was within walking distance to almost all of Newport.

I love that the hotel is unique and desn't feel like any chain hotel. I also love the history of the hotel and that it has been open since 1929.

Very happy they have shuttles taking you onto Thames St. Ordered fried calamari and it was very, very good! All staff so nice but Paulina who checked us in was outstanding!!!!!! -

I was truly pleased with this particular location. Upon arrival the concierge paid attention to our personal trip plans and
upgraded our 2 queen room to a king room with full 2 person jacuzzi for
the same price - it totally changed the whole trip for us - we hardly
ever left the room!! We were within 2 minutes walking distance to some
of the best food in newport - and the beach was right across the street

Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The restaurant was wonderful. We went there for dinner and breakfast and really enjoyed it. It was very good for a hotel restaurant.
