  Everything was perfect. My family and I loved the breakfast buffet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. - Only stayed less than 24 hrs, but all staff was very cooperative and I would stay there again.

  The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. And for a tiny, little person I was impressed how she handled the maids during a work meeting which I overheard. Andy was amazingly efficient and went way out of his way to answer any question about the area. And being an extremely happy, good natured person while ding - Rooms were very nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to stay there when we go to San Francisco. This hotel has been the place we stay at for the past 3 years and only continues to get better.
