The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect. My family and I loved the breakfast buffet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. - Only stayed less than 24 hrs, but all staff was very cooperative and I would stay there again.

One night stay coming in on a late night arrival from DFW - easy transit from SFO to hotel via shuttle. Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.

the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!

My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order.
It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful.

The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our car at the hotel for a very reasonable price, and were shuttled to the airport directly to our airline, with plenty of time to check in for our flight. The person at the front desk recommend a great Thai restaurant for dinner.
