  Staff was efficient and quickly got to business both on arrival and departure. The shuttle is excellent and arrives every 15 minutes, which is critical for flights.   The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere!
