  The front desk team were so nice and accommodating. One of the men, Rick, was so kind he helped me out of a very difficult problem and I was able to stay a second night there as I was stranded. They are tops in my book and there aren't many hotels in Big Bear Lake to choose from but based alone on the staff I highly recommend it.
