We liked the quietness of the hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, we were asked how we would like to have our eggs prepared...very good service! -

For an affordable accommodation, this one is quite nice and a good value. The whole facility is pretty and well-run, and the location is fabulous and quiet. We loved it. The rooms were clean and more than enough room for our family of 5 as compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Big Bear. We had a bedroom with 2 queen beds and closet space, living room with roll out bed and couch with pull out bed,kitchen table, bar with bar stools and a full kitchen. We loved the spaciousness of the lodge!!!All facilities worked great, rooms were warm and clean and definitely worth the money!! No complaints!

We had an amazing stay at the Golden Bear Cottages. The Staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved being in a cabin setting with hotel type service. The cabin was cozy and had full kitchen. Our needs were met quickly.
