  The front desk team were so nice and accommodating. One of the men, Rick, was so kind he helped me out of a very difficult problem and I was able to stay a second night there as I was stranded. They are tops in my book and there aren't many hotels in Big Bear Lake to choose from but based alone on the staff I highly recommend it.   For an affordable accommodation, this one is quite nice and a good value. The whole facility is pretty and well-run, and the location is fabulous and quiet. We loved it. The room was clean and came with a surprise kitchenette, full size fridge etc. Beds were more comfortable than others on our trip, and everything worked just as it should. We had a bedroom with 2 queen beds and closet space, living room with roll out bed and couch with pull out bed,kitchen table, bar with bar stools and a full kitchen. We loved the spaciousness of the lodge!!!All facilities worked great, rooms were warm and clean and definitely worth the money!! No complaints!
