We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was exceptional. Friendly, attentive and fun. The continental breakfast was fabulous. The room was spacious and well equiped, with a lovely comfortable bed. There were many wonderful restaurants to which we could easily walk.. All and all a wonderful experience and we will return.

The Bar Harbor Motel provided everything we needed for our stay in Acadia National Park. It was close to the village of Bar Harbor but out of the hectic and crowded scene there. We could get into the park without having to go through downtown. There was a light breakfast fine for our needs, good TV, a very nice restaurant and brew pub right next door, with prime steak specials each night as well as good local brews on tap and a full bar (the Jack Russell Steakhouse). We were a party of 2 couples with 2 rooms. When we checked in, we were
told that they ran out of rooms with double queen beds, so both rooms
were upgraded to suites at no extra charge. We certainly got off to a
good start! Everyone at the hotel was always courteous and friendly and
ready to help. The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice with good

Stayed at the Atlantic Oceanside's downtown apartment in Bar Harbor, The Song of the Sea. It was perfect! Centrally located downtown with a beautiful view of the harbor and Bar Island, it was perfect for our family of 5. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living area was great and the washer and dryer was a added bonus. Decorated nicely, very clean and the parking spot two blocks away was great. Will only stay there on our next visit to the wonderful Bar Harbor/Acadia area!

The breakfast was terrific. Many items to choose from including omlettes, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruit, yogurt and Danish. There was plenty of everything and the breakfast staff were very nice and friendly.

Outstanding staff. I had a problem with my baggage getting delayed and the staff on each shift jumped right in to help us track it and kept us informed while we went out. Tina even volunteered to call the airline! We also liked the location near but outside congested Bar Harbor. Clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Acadia. The staff was very friendly. A shuttle arrived every 30 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes in the evening to take us to Bar Harbor for free. Friendly welcome at reception, and pleasant surprise at our pretty, spacious room. The afternoon snacks put out for quests is a lovely idea and the breakfasts were very comprehensive and would suit everyone. We were also delighted to catch sight of the deer on the back lawn area one evening - a real treat. It was an easy location to get to, plenty of parking, and an short trip into the town area.
We were so pleased we had decided to visit this area and the National Park was just lovely - also

The staff was awesome at every level. The landscaping was so, so pretty.
Having the pool and hot tub right on the water made it even more
relaxing. The hotel has it's on oceanfront so it's easy to walk
on the water and pick up stones and see crabs any time. Great food, too. -
