  Front desk staff were very friendly and organized! Very helpful finding us transport to our concert venue. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. We are planning to come back in Feb. 2014! - The hotel is very clean and comfortable. . even peaceful and quiet although close to the airport.

  I liked the oversized bathroom and the oversized tub. I liked that the toilet was separate and I liked the huge shower. The vanity mirror was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! We also had a beautiful view of the water with a little patio area to sit and watch the sunset. The free breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - If we would have judged the hotel from the exterior and the surroundings we would have not chosen to stay here. This hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, layout is great, and they have a microwave, fridge, and free wifi, free shuttle service, and free parking!

  Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Excellent location for exploring Oakland and for transport links to San Francisco by ferry, bus and BART. Beautiful lounge area for relaxing by the fire with complimentary coffee or tea. Great pool with fantastic views of the marina.   Staff; they were great. Whatever you do to train them to respond to customers, don't stop. Everyone I had contact with seemed eager to help in any way. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet really makes a difference to me. The expense, to me, is a lot of money, but the extras, like the breakfast make it worthwhile.
