The staff where very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Parking was available and the Buffet style "eat all you can" breakfast was a welcomed treat. - was on business, had a good sleep, the bed was comfortable and clean free internet access that was a bonus.

They phoned before we arrived to make sure we knew that the hotel was on the southbound side of the motorway otherwise we would have had to walk through the underpass to the hotel. The size of the room was excellent and was nice and warm when we arrived. -

We liked the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff and good breakfasts. - I loved the hotel for the extremely friendly atmosphere when I arrived at the hotel. The reception staf where more than riebdly and helpful.

Able to get a clean, comfortable room for 3 adults and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice at a budget price.
Also, tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Very convenient for the Isle of Wight Ferry.

We spent one night in order to attend a social event in Southampton. The hotel was great with friendly staff. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and had breakfast there in the morning. Our evening meal was great value and even though there were a lot of children and very busy it was still comfortable. We were only a short journey from where we were going and it was lovely to return to somewhere quiet and comfortable.
