The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. Friendly staff excellent facilities for children, would be worth the hotel advertising a bit more of what they have available a great family hotel. Food fresh and wonderful even the child portions freshly cooked and excellent. - The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel). I booked this hotel for someone else to stay. Unfortunatly this person was taken ill during her visit. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, helped her in every way, visited her in hospital, and collected her when she was discharged. She has nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff - From the minute we arrived the welcome said it all
