Friendly staff excellent facilities for children, would be worth the hotel advertising a bit more of what they have available a great family hotel. Food fresh and wonderful even the child portions freshly cooked and excellent. - The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel). I booked this hotel for someone else to stay. Unfortunatly this person was taken ill during her visit. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, helped her in every way, visited her in hospital, and collected her when she was discharged. She has nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff - From the minute we arrived the welcome said it all

The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service. Lounge, bedrooms comfortable, showers really new with hot and good amount of water, very clean. Staff friendly and helpful (Kingsley is awesome). Kitchen has fridge and furniture, microwave, oven, toast machine, water heating... really good.
