This hotel was clean, modern and excellent value for money. The staffwere very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were travelling to France early the next morning before the start of breakfast so we were given a takeaway breakfast for the journey! Holiday Inn will definitely be our preferred hotel choice for our next visit!

To z czego nie skorzystałem, bo nikt o tym nie poinformował, a w pokoju nie znalazłem na ten temat żadnej informacji, np. basen. Na plus: polskojęzyczna recepcjonistka oraz menedżer, który uwzględnił zgłoszoną reklamację i dzięki temu obyło się bez awantury (ale nie bez stresu, a wina leży ewidentnie po stronie hotelu). There was no hassle doing anything or going anywhere and being able to use your leisure facilities with no fuss or bother. - Hotel was very clean with excellent staff and facilities and very good value for money.Would definately recommend this hotel to our family.

Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.

My family and I loved this hotel! It is absolutely beautiful! The staffwas very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very clean. No complaintsat all and I will stay there again any time I am in the area!!! Quiet location - I was woken by birdsong, not traffic or people in other rooms. Warm sizeable room, window could be opened, comfortable bed, good bath. Arrived on eastbound side, but instructions for crossing motorway were clear, and no problems despite arriving after 11pm. Thank you! -

Staff are friendly, rooms are modern, clean & comfortable. Food is excellent and the bar brasserie is a nice place for an afternoon coffee or evening drink. Sandwich is quaint and full if history, nice to go somewhere which is untouched by commercial businesses, there is not a fast foid or pound shop in sight!
