It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds.   The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).

  My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having.
