  Unobtrusive but helpful and friendly service. The room was small, but entirely adequate and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

Also, it's about 10 minute's walk (or the next station if you are taking tube/ or take the bus) to High Street Kensington where you can shop around your neighbourhood without having to crowd with other people in Oxford Street. It's small but enough for two!
