  The staff were very helpful. They let us check into our room early. Wewere upgraded to a one bed apartment. The apartments were spotless andhad everything you could want. It was in a fantastic location almostopposite Liverpool St Station.   My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic
