It was very handy to the Liverpool Street Station. It had an Iron andBoard in the room and the Bed was Very Comfortable. The Staff were veryfriendly and to my surprise the breakfast was included in the price andit was very nice indeed. We stayed over a weekend and as the hotel is situated within the City the streets were empty and the surroundings very quite. Excellent location with the Tower, Aldgate tube station and buses just around the corner.

Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Hotel is modern and stylish with a touch of elegance. An extra plus was the comfortable bathroom. The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

The staff were very helpful. They let us check into our room early. Wewere upgraded to a one bed apartment. The apartments were spotless andhad everything you could want. It was in a fantastic location almostopposite Liverpool St Station. I would definitely stay here again. - The staff were extremely helpful, the apartment was very well appointed.
