The apartment was clean & tidy. Plenty of towels & mirrors which us girls needed! Everything else was perfect too apart from the small things below.
The apartment we stayed in was very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, helpful and answered any questions we had.

Tasmin the representative who greeted us on arrival was friendly and welcoming. The apartments were clean and tidy and the perfect price for a couple of nights stay whilst visiting a relative in hospital. They were nicely decorated and has a homely feel. Great value for money!!!.

Apartment it's self is very nice if alittle neglected.
The colours in room was very pleasant ! Kitchen table was nice and so
was kitchen ! The apartment was warm ! And cosy at night.
There was no complimentary coffee or tea which would be a nice touch. Also, no electric until after we arrive which meant we could keep our drinks cold :-(.
Unfortunately the hob dials were broken but we did managed to turn them on and off for our dinner.
no reception area or signs indicating location of the apartments which was confusing on arrival.
Needed a good clean.mattress very uncomfortable,no fire exits signs.
Toaster didn't work. Tiny tv. Short of towels first day. No wifi available.
Lack of mirror in bathroom and cooker didn't work.
No en suite on either bedroom let alone both as described.

Shame to see such a nice place not looked after or maintained well enough.
We had no light bulbs ! The bath towel was wet , shower was dirty , the
grill pan had been used and was dirty , sofas hard , pillows were
terrible to sleep on, bin had rubbish in , telly wouldn't work , no
hot water in the morning so we would like a refund of some sort please ,
we really needed a break because of family hassle we are having and it
wasnt nice stay ! Blinds broken in bedroom and lounge.
