The flat was well equipped, clean, well laid out and very good value for money. It's a short bus ride from Norwich city centre, but we were made aware of that on the website before we booked. It's in a quiet, suburban neighbourhood, with an excellent cafe/restaurant (The Reading Rooms) and pub (The Fat Cat) just round the corner. Sam, the lady we were in touch with regarding the booking, texted us some useful directions and provided a high chair for us to use. wszystkie opinie »
I took my partner to the Nelson Apartments for a night to propose to her
which I did and the staff were amazing couldn't of been any better.
Were so polite and friendly and also left us some lovely goodies that
they paid for themselves without even asking which was so nice of them.
We will defo be going there again as it was brilliant. You had your level of freedom to come and go,the flat was lovely and clean
very fresh, with everything that you needed.Andrea the lady who arranged
for the delivery of keys totally briliant due to the fact i was running late.
very accomadating.lovely weekend will definately be using you again, also
fully recommend.
Lovely two bedroom apartment which was nicely decorated and very clean.
Great to have so much space to do as you please, cook what you like and
even watch a bit of tv on the large screen tv in the sitting room. Would
definitely recommend this apartment to other visitors.
The price was excellent for the location and number of rooms. The decor looked good from a distance, but was done in the cheap, e.g. Curtains not fixed correctly, but who cares for a girls weekend away!.
I stayed at the apartment off Stephens road near the city centre, the location was excellent, apartment was very modern, clean and had all the facilities, lovely stay, customer service was first class..
Perfect for what we wanted. Separate rooms, one a twin. Close to UEA swimming pool and City centre. Clean. Everything we wanted. Home from home. Will stay there again.
Outstanding value for money! Simple but comfy and perfect for a 'night out' stay. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
we took our family to the sundown festival this apartment was in a perfect place for us, and Sam was really helpfull.
Everything was clean and comfortable, good kitchen appliances and accessories. Brilliant having a parking space.
I stayed at 193 and it was perfect this time,I had everything I asked for and more.i will stay again there.
Good location, spacious and well equipped but towel rail or hooks would be useful in the bathroom.
Location was great. The house was ideal for what we wanted. The house was new/in good condition.
Nice tidy appartment, good location, good value. Great to have an allocated parking space.
Great value for money and perfect for easy access to city centre and train station!.
It was like staying at a friends house, nice apartments and great value for money.
Ideal for group of friends. Came for my hen night, value for money between 4.
the cleanliness, comfort, modernity, facilities...including 2 working TV's!.
Good location. Excellent price.
Reasonably well equipped and comfortable.
Good location, value for money, clean and presentable, modern and bright.
It was clean and tidy, it was all your own space I can't fault anything.
I liked the fact the place seemed very private and quite and homey.
Nice clean, comfortable apartment and staff were very helpful.
Fanastic location, friendly staff and communication was great,.
We were upgraded to a four bed house which was excellent!.
Very clean and comfortable, good size apartment.
Handy, car parking, undisturbed.
I liked it!.
Very good,clean accommodation .
Clean tidy and well situated.
Near airport.
For this trip we had two appartments for a family reunion. Appt 191 was an appartment for 2 with double bedroom. It was well found, comfortable, clean and all we could wish for. If this was the only appartment I would be giving a glowing report.
It was very clean and easy reach of Norwich city centre. Liked the off road parking. Good value for money. Nice to have an apartment instead of a hotel room.
We were moved to the pavilion apartments which were very well located near the city centre. Comfortable and spacious.
Value for money and convenient location if you have a car. Was clean and tidy.
Simple and location was well suited for what my group of friends wanted.
Lots of space. Good facilities
Staff helpful when hot water didn't work.
The location, and the flat itself was clean and comfortable.
Hard to rate did not see any staff.
Location easy to get into city.
Plenty of space
Good off road parking
For weekend OK though wouldn't stay for a week.
Approx 15 minute walk from city centre.
Clear instructions on how to access the property.
Communication from hirer was excellent.
Efficient heating.
Surfaces were clean.
Apartment was well equipped.
Clean bed sheets and towels.
Decor good, bed comfortable.
The apartment was ok.
Quite
Functional.
the bed was ok.
The flat was clean, but we had to move the bed so got the vacuum cleaner out to clean some fluff on the carpet. Some cigarettes or ash were clearly already in the hoover bag, as using the vacuum cleaner unfortunately made the flat smell of smoke. The sofa was quite uncomfortable. Can't think mind has gone blank!Oh yes there isn't one (negative that is).
Location was in a bit of a run down area, so I would advise getting
taxis if coming home late at night which cost around £6. It takes around
20 mins to walk into the city.
The equipment in the kitchens was a bit random-e.g. not enough mugs.
I cancelled one apartment 1 week before the stay and am yet to receive a refund 3 weeks later, despite leaving a msg for someone to contact me.
I liked everything about the apartment,my only suggestion is the apartment could benefit from having air fresheners so that it doesn't get to stuffy and just to give it a fresh smell...
Toilet in one of the flats was blocked. Everything else was fab.
The addition of internet access would be wonderful but that is just the icing on the cake.
Not very clean and the second bedroom in No 19 was really only a single, with a double bed therefore could not shut door and nowhere to put clothes.
It was not equipped very well e.g. dinnerware/kitchenware/utensils.
Only one point, the bathroom door lock did not work.
Wasn't enough beds for all 20 us in my hen do when I booked 20 beds.
Receiving text re check in process so late day before. Was concerned if didn't come through, no weekend contact number.
map to find it needs more detailed explanation.
Shame about the grubby stained carpets. But would still stay here again.
Wardrobes broken, no iron.
Nothing.
A shortage of forks in the cutlery department.
No obvious signage for parking.
The shower hose doesn't reach the cradle on the wall so you have to shower whilst holding the shower head!.
Could have done with a better work table as a business visitor.
No towel rail or toilet roll holder in bathroom. Bed a bit too firm.
The second appartment we had (No 193) was described as having two double bedrooms. Overall it was appreciably smaller than the appt with 1 double room as it had a hallway and stair to an upstairs appt in the footprint. One of the "double" bedrooms was so small the door would not close and the bed too all the floorspace necessitating entering the bed from the foot end. If I had only booked this appartment I would have been very dissappointed.
People on the floor below smoked and you could smell it. Limited car parking. The front door was never locked so pointless having a key code system. I never saw any member of staff and didnt feel comfortable picking my keys out of a black box. When i did contact staff regarding a query i heard nothing back.
Kitchen had not been properly cleaned. TV not working.
Nelson Apartments (original booking) difficult to locate. No sign on outside of apartments and no indication of where to check in.
Rooms smelt strongly of Marijuana. The building is not identified by a sign and Bookings don't give a street address (this is a regular fault with you guys- makes it hard to program a GPS). Bedroom TV unusable because batteries had been removed from the controller.
When unable to work out how to get hot water I called te number I was
told to contact if there were any problems. I also text the same number
and still no reply as of today. Also one of the eds was completely
broken and had massive gaps in the bass which meant not very
comfortable.
It was difficult to get hold of anyone. The electricity went off and I couldn't reach anyone. The pictures on the internet looked different to the room we stayed in. I booked an apartment plus but seemed to have a different 2 bed apartment.
There were 2 forks 1 knife 2 cereal bowls for 4 adults, very hot could
not get any air had to open windows which was difficult and let in lots
of flies. Managed to see a cleaning lady 3rd day who gave us some
cutlery and she was very nice.
Oven didn't work, gas ring igniter didnt work, window in 2nd room didnt open, no working wi fi, tiny car park, main door to apartment didnt lock, broken kitchen utensils.
lack of instruction on using boiler
Limited cooking dishes and utensils.
Lack hooks and shelf in bathroom. Main double bed very hard. Second bedroom one bed broken. Hall carpet could do with a clean. Main room had smell of smoking. Being non smokers , wasn't very nice. Wasn't able to lock door from inside. noisy from main road, windows don't insulate sound well. Generally for a small outlay the little touches could be added to make flat more appealing.
I was overall very dissapointed the accomodation was very basic even
below my low expecations, however after a long day in Norwich we decided
to stay in the department and relax. Ths proved a bad decision as both
the dvd player and the internet connection did not work.
Apartment was described as non smoking but strong smell of smoke and
butts in the bin. Generally felt a bit grimy, frying pan was dirty and
drinking glasses were stuck to cupboard shelves.
Very grubby carpet.
Smell of smoke
No hot water in the morning from any tap
Incredibly creaky floor and furniture
Car park was full
Fridge froze our food and milk
Thin curtains drooping from rails.
Floorboards all creaked, bed was uncomfortable.
Main big complaint was the very unsafe sash window in bedroom that crashed down on my hand when I opened it, and almost broke my hand, had to go to hospital as my hand was cut and required stitches, its very swollen and badly bruised. no warning about this window been unsafe or loose! Also mix up with key collection, told by manager OK to arrive at 3, but nobody to meet us with a key till 4, so ended up in a different apartment.
The wifi did not work and a letter from bt showed it had been like that
for some time. The apartments are on a busy crossroads and the the noise
is 24/7, they also have council housing in the same block full of
loud people, the shower was inop and so was the kitchen extractor and
kettle, Basics !!!.
Bad security. Door to apartment stairs did not close properly. Fridge
was damaged. Cutlery was dirty. Not as close to the town centre as was
advertised.
It was far to much noise from upstairs and outside.
Carpets were filthy.
Had no key to the front door and had to enter and leave the property by the back door. Issues around feeling safe in that environment.
everything but the bed. Where do i start .Contacting by phone cant ! There was no hot water so could not shower , there was a washing machine obviously had not been working for some time as the powder had set in the machine. the floor creaked all over . Would not recommend to others as maintenance and customer service is not known here. I realty think a refund is in order.
