The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Great area for shopping and eating out.

The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time

Rob the owner was very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Clean room in a great quiet location for UEA. You can walk there in 25 minutes and 5 minutes by car. Plenty of free parking. -

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The outlook from the hotel was lovely......and we enjoyed a swim, steam room before breakfast

Loved how big the room was! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and above
all else, great value for money. They are rooms attached to a pub, which
I didn't realise when booking, but the lady who runs the place is
lovely and was happy to help. No specific checkout time which is great!
And they make you breakfast for the time of your choosing as well.

Really was a great place to stay. -
Such a lovely place to stay, the staff are very accommodating and the
bar is great to have a couple of drinks or a game of pool. The view from
the beer garden is amazing and feels like you're miles from the
city. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay
within walking distance to the city center.

I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost
reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot
fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The

We liked everything about this guesthouse from its location and the no-
nonsense welcome and clear instructions of the owner, to the generous
room size and comfortable bed. Nearby we found a great place to eat
called Last Wine Bar & Restaurant and in the morning back at Number
17 were served perfect Full English and kippers for our breakfasts.

You are a credit to the city of Norwich - It is impressively well-run, and the staff have thought of lots oflittle details that make it much better than the ordinary: I was stayingjust for one night, so had booked myself a little room in the lowestcategory that had a bathroom on the opposite side of the corridor. In myroom a freshly-laundered dressing gown was provided, which is just whatyou want to cross the corridor for a shower!

The hotel is excellent value for money. It is located just 3-5 minutes from the railway station. It has modern rooms. We were accomodated in a twin room and 2 single rooms. All rooms were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was fine. The bar was a good place for relaxation. What I also liked: you couldn't hear your neighbours from the other rooms, everything was quiet.
