Actually, just a small apartment not hotel. We stayed 4 days. No housekeeping. But they have washing machine, oven, refrigerator, 4 head strove. Full of facilitation! It is good place for me. Location cannot be beaten. Two minute walk from Southfields tube and close to shops and restaurants.
Pleasant quiet street. Big kitchen with appliances.
Good bathroom.
Spacious for two - a bit cramped for four. WIth children fine but 4 adults would struggle with the space.

The hotel was so convenient for the centre of Wimbledon. I was able to walk to the hotel from the station, so no bother with taxis or buses. My room, although quite small, was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, combined with the coffee making facilities and a tv I had all I needed for my stay. I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle.
I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much.
The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again.

Both cooked and cold buffet breakfast was really good quality. Customer Service. We arrived after midnight, whole area was cut off from mains water. Hotel provided all guests bottled water and a bucks fizz at breakfast to compensate, even though supply was reconnected by 7:30am. - A little piece of luxury in a great setting
