Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent.   I actually stayed in Royal Plaza which I think is connected to Villa Toscane. Rooms were excellent and spa facilities excellent. - usage of the pool and welness facilities in the montreux palace across the road for free.
