  Excellent, clean and typically Swiss in terms of efficiency. Large and wonderful spa facilities, including hammams, saunas, jets and multiple bubbling beds and hot tubs. I have loved this place for many years whilst living in Switzerland and since the relatively recent refurbishment, it is even better.   The guy who checked us in was very kind and friendly and anticipated our questions and needs at a busy time. The breakfast room is fresh and clean and has lots of light and lake views.   We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12

  We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. - It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning.

  I love the location. I love that you're so close to a city, but totally in a village. It is very quiet. The rooms are much much better value than in Lausanne. It is quaint and lovely. - everything. perfect. excellent restaurant. beautiful place. kind staff. easy to find.

Good location - I can't understand those who complain about it, while you can actually walk around all Les Diablorets in 20 minutes.
