  Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake (Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over 180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi, Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset! Free car park (also semi covered). The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

  Wonderful friendly staff, great service. We were given separate rooms with no surcharge and without really even asking as there were no twin beds available. Great fireplace and bar! Restaurant was delicious, and service excellent.   This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting.   We only stayed one night on a stop-over on a driving holiday en-route to Switzerland/Italy. The room was large and clean. Staff very friendly, breakfast good. - one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in, i could not fault it in any way :)

  Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.

  Very pleasant hostess who could not do enough for us. Delightful surroundings, and a very good restaurant within 3 minutes drive. Comfortable bed, and a more-than-adequate breakfast. - Very nice and welcoming. Owner is extremely nice, very helpful and gives excellent guidance. Very special breakfast. Amazing view. New hotel.   My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010. She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

  Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi).
