The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. From the cleaners, to waiters to managers all had a superb attitutude. My room had all I need and more, nice little touches and so affordable.   Having stayed at the hotel previously and arriving very late in the evening the night porter was very efficient and the need to register on arrival was not necessary as details were available from the last visit.   Location was outstanding in the middle of old town Lucern. Getting there was very easy by car and a car park right across the street from the hotel. Although we did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, is looked very nice and were full every night. Will definitly recommend the hotel to budget travellers!!
