  We always arrive late on a Friday for our weekend trips as we leave after work, and with codes to get in and for getting your room key that was no problem at all. The windows and blinds were also amazing - there was a jazz band playing across the street Friday night but as soon as we closed the window we couldn't hear anything and the blinds kept ... co mówią ludzie » out all light. - The staff did go above what they tell they'd offer: i.e. checking me in outside of their opening hours because they were there "anyway" and I could leave my luggage with them because the room wasn't ready (I was before check-in time) and because I would return so late, they brought it up to my room. I definitely did not expect this from a "budget hotel"!

  The room and bathroom is slightly small but the hotel is very near from the congress center where I should attend the meeting for 3 days, so it is a good location for my travel purpose. There are many trams pass by, convenient to the city center. But the price is really good compare to most of other hotels. Recommend the restaurant called 800 ͦ do... co mówią ludzie » wnstairs, especially the steak! - If you just want somewhere simple to sleep for the night this is perfect and close to the city centre - you also get a card to use Basel's public transport system for free so you can travel around as much as you like without it costing more.
