  Fuji-Hakone guesthouse is very popular and they were fully booked when I visited. Their staff are friendly and can speak English very well. 2 of them have been to Singapore. Their bath facilities are private and you can book the private onsen for half hour. Good to book early since it can be maxed out pretty quickly. There was only a double room available but wanted to see the area so much I booked which cost double the single price. When the staff found this out, they gave me free breakfast and use of the outdoor onsen for free which I did not expect. Very generous and would definitely stay again if visiting the sites at Hakone/

  The service was very good, we were picked up from the nearby train station in a luxurious car. The hot spring bath within the room was excellent, with a forest view, television, and direct access to the bathroom and room. There was even a hammock at the back patio that has the forest view. The dinner included was exquisite. T - The treatment was excellent. We felt like royals there. The room was big, well decorated and we enjoyed dressing up with the traditional Japanese clothes they've provided. The food was delicious. The hot spring was relaxing and enjoyable (private and public).

  Private baths were awesome, the view was amazing I couldn't believe what we got for the price.   The food and accommodations were excellent. The outdoor hot spring was a bit small, but they give you a map to other outdoor hot springs nearby that you can also use for free. - Their Kaiseki is awesome and staff are so friendlyand very helpful. Onsen is very nice and private.
