I was wary of booking a hotel on line as it was my first time, I held my breath walking into the hotel worrying what it would really be like and i was delighted to say we were greeted by a guy at reception that couldn't have been nicer and friendlier he gave us a map of brugge and outlined the sites and places to go. Also, on Sunday they let you check out at 5:00p.m. A real bonus when you have a late train. I will look for other NH hotels when I travel from now on.
