  Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. Lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast and perfect location just off the main squares - and all at a very good rate. - everything at the hotel was amazingly excellent!   I was wary of booking a hotel on line as it was my first time, I held my breath walking into the hotel worrying what it would really be like and i was delighted to say we were greeted by a guy at reception that couldn't have been nicer and friendlier he gave us a map of brugge and outlined the sites and places to go.
