So you need any help or guid - Spacious airy bedroom with MAGNIFICENT views. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable leaving you totally chilled out. Sauna was a big bonus to ease aching bones after long hikes. Klaus the owner was invaluable with his local knowledge on beautiful treks and advise on routes to drive and sights to see. His recommendations were 10/10. Close to all restaurants and the little town too but very tranquil....only noise were from the ducks and swans in the lake.

  Quite a spacious and, at the same time, cosy apartment with a big bedroom and living room with kitchen, sofa and TV. Part of a nice guest house with courtyard and a little garden. Nicely equipped. Very clean.   My sister and I loved our stay in Hallstatt. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor of the main house - with a very convenient elevator not far away. The views of the surrounding mountains and lake are breathtaking, although from this location they are interrupted by other buildings.   To complain about the location of the guesthouse is non sense. It is quietly located in a narrow road besides a river. We enjoyed walking every morning to the centre of Hallstatt, and as the description says, it is just a 15 min walk away from the centre. Service was superb, very kind staff. The owner lady is very kind, friendly and useful. It's located in a quite area next to the cable car to the salt mine. Definitely recommended.
