The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They
were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was
excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is
obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful.
A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in
a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.

the facilities were excellent & the host, Mike, was very nice & friendly.
The guest facilities with a pool table, dart board, library,games etc has everything you could want. A loveley outdoor spa & bbq area & well kept gardens. The breakfast is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & have already booked our next stay.

Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.

The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great. The upstairs living space with the tv was a great addition to the downstairs living room. Overall it was a very relaxing place to stay. -

Almost everything. The property is beautiful and extremely well run, the staff are very well trained and the food is fantastic. It feels like being in the South of France, in a property of understated elegance as opposed to the gaudy opulence of some 5 star resorts. -

Owners very helpful , near to loads of vinyards & Margaret River & beautiful local beaches . Gardens were lovely & a nice parrot greeted us at breakfast time every morning. Laundry facilities excellent & free of charge -

A very cosy place that was well furnished. Stayed in Ellenbrook Suite which had a nice spa bath in the bathroom (not sure furnishing of other 3 rooms). Breakfast was fantastic! Dirk and Pam were wonderful hosts! -

location: perfect distance from Perth to have a mini break. There really is a lazy river on this property, with their complimentary kayaks, it was another highlight!
the in-room 3 course dinner was amazing, like a top class restaurant brought to our balcony where we could look out over the beautiful nature.
