  Fantastic staff who were so helpful when I couldn't get the computer to work. They cheerfully helped me to print out my airline bookings. Nothing was too much trouble. Also very good value for money. We were happy that McDonalds was close by for food too. We found the bed & facilities were fine, clean & comfortable. The staff were very helpful by lending us scales to weigh luggage, too.

  Hay Street Backpackers unlike many Backpackers in the big Australian cities were very clean and well organized, close to all the places that we were needed. I recommend it to everyone who wants stop in Perth. - All of the staff were lovely. The facilities were very clean and functional. Every thing I needed was very close by.   I stayed at Mountway September 2013. I had no problems parking my car the few times I had to go out. The public transport in Perth is great with many free services almost on the doorstep of the apartments. I enjoy walking so most times it’s easier to do that than driving.   The staff were amazing, I work away and very often stay in high end hotels around Australia as I am in my early 20's I often get treated much differently but it was definitely not the case, there was a couple of noise complaints but the staff dealt with it in a very respectful manner. They smiled and felt good. close to shops / beach etc. if you have a car close to larger shopping centre 20 min from Fremantle/ Perth . Very happy with the location, whilst on the highway was still ok , i slept well traffic didnt affect me at all.

  It was quite economical and it was only 15 minutes away from airport and 20 minutes from city center ,restaurants shopping center were at door steps ,public transport was only few yards away ,i would stay there again if i go to perth. - price,location
