Close to everything. The best pool ever with sandy lagoon and sitting tables around. Very refreshing after the long hot day... Breakfast was good, in addition to traditional choices (cold and hot) included some unconventional dishes tailored to Asian tourists. Staff was helpful and efficient. the absoulute magnificent desk staff being kaylene and george they both should be commended with their focus and attention given too myself and wife novotel should double their wages as they are worth every cent -we have traavelled extensively for 10 years and they are the cream of staff come in contact with worldwide

Position in town. The steak house food was the best part of our stay. Excellent food. Cleanliness was everywhere. The heater was great as the room was able to be put at a good warm temperature. -
Friendly person when I phoned to to confirm a reservation.
Clean good size room.
Each bed had electric blanket and a spare heater if needed.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to ferry and not far from city. Access using a car was very easy and very easy to get to the airport from there.
The double glazing worked very well and kept the noise from the busy road out front to a very low level, we slept well! -

The place as a whole was awesome our room was more then what we expected . The location was perfect for us . Check in and out was easy the manager was lovely. The Location was very good, just a few mins drive from Down-Town and my business meeting.
We arrived about 1 Hr early, but was checked-in and given our key to the room, but infoemed us that the maid was still cleaning room, which did not bother us.
The maid saw that we were waiting outside and was very friendly and got our room clean within 15 min

I stayed for one night whilst passing through Toowoomba. Large spacious rooms. Nice and clean. Walking distance to a pub and few restaurants. Didn't use the motels restaurant or pool so can't comment on these.
