Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. We were delighted with all aspects of T.V. we were comfortable...everything was

The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

excellent, it was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. One
of the best hotel/motel experiences I've had. Not to mention
that the price was unbeatable! I can't say enough about how much I
enjoyed my stay there. -

Close to everything. The best pool ever with sandy lagoon and sitting tables around. Very refreshing after the long hot day... Breakfast was good, in addition to traditional choices (cold and hot) included some unconventional dishes tailored to Asian tourists. Staff was helpful and efficient. Having tour desk that was open until late was very help

the absoulute magnificent desk staff being kaylene and george they both should be commended with their focus and attention given too myself and wife novotel should double their wages as they are worth every cent -we have traavelled extensively for 10 years and they are the cream of staff come in contact with worldwide

The location was excellent. Easy walk to ferry and not far from city. Access using a car was very easy and very easy to get to the airport from there.
The double glazing worked very well and kept the noise from the busy road out front to a very low level, we slept well! -

We were able to bring out puppies to enjoy our stay and they also loved it. We all felt right at home, everything was beautiful and very clean and fresh. The gardens were just beautiful. Breakfast was a real treat with fresh local produce. Would definitely stay again. -

loved the design of the villas,and the bright colours. Loved the intimacy of it being a small resort for couples. Loved all the complimentary extras that made it special. Loved the herb pots. All the little extras were included like robes, candles, mozzie coils and so forth ... more than you would expect from a budget resort. Such a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.
