I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. The room and guesthouse were luxurious and the location superb. Shane was extremely accommodating, the atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated. Our room had a spa bath and balcony, robes and breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice were included. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in Melbourne.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -
