The facilities were beautiful, clean and exactly what we wanted for our weekend away. the concierge was always friendly and helpful when we needed help to find somewhere we were looking for and great meal places to go to and when we came in from our day out the staff were there to greet us and even offered a bottle of water as they seen it was hot

What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

I live in Brisbane but had study to catch up on for exams that being on tap at home was preventing, so I checked into Midtown for 5 nights. I liked that they let me leave my luggage in the hotel before check in because i was going to soundwave. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. I lived how it was right next to the station. I would've gone and had a drink at the pub/nightclub, but was knackered from soundwave. -

The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.
