  Love the oaks on felix - great location near to Botanical gardens, riverwalk, great restaurants, shops, etc. Very comfortable and especially like the kitchens, washer/dryers,balconies.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... co mówią ludzie » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  It was very comfortable, clean and staff were friendly. We just arrived from a 13hour flight and the staff were happy to allow us to check in early.
