The Staff makes you feel like a family member. Reaching the Hotel 10:45 pm on friday night, Gentleman owner opened the door at the slightest knock, calling me by my name. It never happened before!!

my room was at the front upstairs - noisy on a Saturday night I needed a restful sleep as I was attending a workshop all day on Sunday

It was easy-going. Even though I was catching a 6.30 train and didn't expect the Breakfast part of B&B it was there And i Liked the free bus which got me down to Queen st

We liked that it was close to our destination for a Saturday night wedding. We were very appreciative of Rupet who did reimburse us for parking at Novotel and received a car spot. The staff were very friendly on the Friday and Saturday but not so talkative on the Sunday as new staff were on
We arrived in the afternoon on the Friday and were told we had no parking available unless you had booked/reserved parking. When we booked the room through the internet there was NO mention of reserving a car spot. Very disappointed in the description of letsbookhotel.com

Noisy in the morning
This establishment is clean, comfortable and budget priced. Its location is convenient through the day when there is local transport available but there is no transport after dark.
Lack of transport after dark. Not being offered breakfast when its included in the price. I felt I should have been giving the makings of breakfast as I had to leave before the breakfast was served.

It's quiet at night. During breakfast, talking to the gentleman owner, one feels like we are staying with friends. He is very accommodating.
There is no toilette in the room and no elevator in the premises.
