Very friendly staff who go the little bit extra to help with information,travel tips,suggestions etc.Value for money,centrally located,very clean,I would definately stay there againnot .

The Staff makes you feel like a family member. Reaching the Hotel 10:45 pm on friday night, Gentleman owner opened the door at the slightest knock, calling me by my name. It never happened before!!

Cracking little establishment. Lovely staff and a friendly atmosphere. For a man traveling by himself this was a superb place to stay as you got the chance to talk to other travellers.

A very good price at a peak time - hosts were warm welcoming and friendly with good breakfast (Cereal coffee toast) included in the price. Comfy room

Not the hotels fault but it is at the top of a very steep hill The place is on a main rd - so a bit noisy in the mornings

The hosts are totaly nice and friendly. The building has its personal charm and we had a very good night's sleep. If you like it small and traditional, then this is your perfect place to stay.

Excellent location close to town center, free parking, quite good continental breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, nice old fashion decoration (like typical English B&B)

As guest house was fully booked during my stay it was not always easy to get access to shared bathroom in the morning.

convenience to Central station friendly people staying

my room was at the front upstairs - noisy on a Saturday night I needed a restful sleep as I was attending a workshop all day on Sunday

The lovely high verandah to sit, eat, meet. And of course, the hosts.

The climb up Upper Edward Street to get there in weekends (weekdays there's a bus)

It was easy-going. Even though I was catching a 6.30 train and didn't expect the Breakfast part of B&B it was there And i Liked the free bus which got me down to Queen st

love the country cottage theme. And the fill in couple where excellent congratulations to Colin and Co. I would recommended this place to the traveller who needs a nice and lonely place to stay a home away from home

Very friendly staff ready to help with any questions. Central location, walking distance to Brisbane centre. Preferred this place to a much more expensive 4* hotel we stayed at 2 weeks earlier.

Some road traffic noise but went quiet around bedtime, nothing to worry about.

Cosy décor and friendly staff. It felt like stepping back in time to a different age.

We liked that it was close to our destination for a Saturday night wedding. We were very appreciative of Rupet who did reimburse us for parking at Novotel and received a car spot. The staff were very friendly on the Friday and Saturday but not so talkative on the Sunday as new staff were on

We arrived in the afternoon on the Friday and were told we had no parking available unless you had booked/reserved parking. When we booked the room through the internet there was NO mention of reserving a car spot. Very disappointed in the description of letsbookhotel.com

This establishment is clean, comfortable and budget priced. Its location is convenient through the day when there is local transport available but there is no transport after dark.

Lack of transport after dark. Not being offered breakfast when its included in the price. I felt I should have been giving the makings of breakfast as I had to leave before the breakfast was served.

It's quiet at night. During breakfast, talking to the gentleman owner, one feels like we are staying with friends. He is very accommodating.

There is no toilette in the room and no elevator in the premises.
