  Very helpful and friendly front counter staff...a real pleasure to deal with. The room we had a Queen Executive...wonderful. Bed very comfortable and room spacious. Food beautiful; staff very friendly; sport shop next door children loved. Girls loved pizza by the pool and drinks; lots of laughs. Staff welcoming to visiting family and friends; extras staying no problem for minimal cost. :)

  The prompt friendly service, beautiful layout of the resort always something to do.my son is autistic and doesn't speak at all.. well when we arrived in your resort he started to speak and was the happiest he's ever been to us it was priceless our best memory. We will be back. - We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

  Staff were very friendly. I rang ahead to advise we would be arriving late. So they org. the key to be left in the room. Very clean and the bed was very comf. and so was the pillow.   In the two room apartment we had, the rooms were very spacious, friendly with comfortable beds.There were TVs in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the living room. The bathroom was very large and included a spa bath which was well utilised by our family. The kitchen facilities had all necessary appliances including a microwave. A ve - Although I was only passing through Albury and had a shor stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking was easily available and free. The room was large, clean and well presented. The location was ideal for my travels through Albury and the standard of accommodation for the price was excellent. I also enjoyed my evening meal, which was delicious as was the wine. 10 out of 10 to the staff on duty.

  The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold.   we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou - The welcome we got at reception got our stay off to a very pleasant relaxing start!   The room was great, clean and the owners were so nice, lovely couple and were very friendly. They lent us there own personal DVD player to amuse our young son spoke to us a few times it was a pleasure staying there So close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Very very nice, my family n I were very well looked after and loved the room.
