Location near airport, good if your arriving by plane and just staying few nights. A bit of from action in Coolangatta, but distance is still walkable. Hostel has got free shuttle bus to town during the day. Good kitchen. Younger girl (with dark hair) working in the hostel was really kind. Internet worked fine, nice tv-lounge with sofas. -

Great accommodation and close to GC airport. Stopped over night with my mum who's in her 70's and we were flying out next early morning. This was my second time in the last few weeks staying at Golden Shores and like the first stay it did not disappoint. It's proximity to everything(beach, airport & some good restaurants) is excellent as well as spotless comfortable rooms. It is all that you need for a short, well priced stay.

We found Bombora Resort nice and peaceful with a great view over the park. Not to mention close to at least 3 supermarkets & many bars / cafés / restaurants. Good location for most places in Coolangatta but also a quiet spot with a nice outlook over the park. While it is an older property, it is comfortably furnished and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Location and view amazing. Cafe across the road on the beach had beautiful food then you had plenty of places to walk off your breakfast. Beautiful area. I would definitely stay again and would recommend if beds were replaced and made comfy -

It was a treat for my family and I to stay in a familar environment with a friendly host knowing that a warm shower was awaiting for all of us. It is close to eating places and shops and was a good stepping off place to do what we had planned the following day.Ross and family are great hosts.
