Fantastic value for money - I was a bit worried because it was at such a low rate...but the rooms are big! It is very comfortable.
Staff are helpful and 24 hrs. There are two pools, which was great for the kids. Restaurant, room service at night, and $8 cooked eggs for breakfast.

It is certainly not brand new, but it is clean -
1. and out of the CBD which enabled us to have a peace and quietness during the days and nights for rest and sleep. 2. Fast & efficient check in and check out. 3. linkage and calls for taxi service. 4. Easy access to Esplanade walkway for walks, exercise and relaxation. 5. Swimming pool for apartments easily accessible and free for my children, and not crowded. 6 Very convenient apartments for family my size.

It was our 2nd staying at the property and we enjoyed pretty much for twice accommodation there. It is a little bit different service style comparing with the big deluxe hotels, all the staffs here were all looking after us like family member, which made us feeling “ home away from home”. The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from
the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights
for our next Cairns holiday!

The staff were always very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. We were given a free upgrade to a double bathroom lux villa to accomodate our family of 6.
The pools were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the splash park, jumping pillows, and playground. -

The owners Karen and Ian where extremely helpful and professional especially in organising our trips to the reef etc nothing was too much trouble.
I was very impressed with standard of accomodation we had two bedroom apartment with a mountain view which was excellent.
The location was ideal 50 yards from a beautiful beach but conveniant for all the trips associated with Cairns and the surrounding district.
Had a superb time.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last 6 years. Good value for money. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Chill Cafe at the front of the complex does a nice coffee and breakfast. -
