  The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  In Sedona, Az. Best Western Plus was the absolute best! We felt like we had a personal chauffer and limo---they were always available and took us wherever we wanted to go on a moment's notice! Staff were quickly responsive to our needs and very friendly. This is the place I will stay the next time I visit Sedona. Also the breakfast was delish, and they gave us an outstanding recommendation for dinner as well. We enjoyed a night out by there lovely fireplace which they lit for us after hours. I would recommend this place to anyone!
