  Very professional staff, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious with well done earth tone colors and lots of natural wood. The room decor matched very well with the view of pine trees and resort being located away from the busy Sedona area. The food at their restaurant was the best I had in Sedona. Excellent wine also!   The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  It was the best place and value in town of Sedona, I know because I looked, places were either way out of price range for the average guy or they wanted to much for renovated hwy stop roadside hotels.   The beds at the Super 8 were very comfortable and I like the linens that were used on the king size bed. There was a clean white cover over the bed instead of the usual old floral bedspread that you see most places. I am never sure if those old spreads are washed after every guest and this coverlet clearly was. Unfortunately there were non available, but I was told to check again the next day. I was unable to call and a room opened up. I was remembered and they held it for me. Best service I'd had in too long.
