From the moment i walked in to register for my room i was welcomed by the candid smile of the two young, yet very decorous receptionists. I had booked my room with not much time in advanced with the concern that my family would not have the same experience as hotels with bigger names. Motel 6, is highly recommended to those with families. With Disneyland at walking distance, a swimming pool, and most important, the customer service provided by both Alejandras at the front desk, we will be sure . alle vurderinger
All the staff was always friendly and helpful. The price for our rooms
was great. The location was also great - next to Disneyland and other
places to visit. The kids loved the swimming pool and had so much fun
there. We liked the fact that there was a security guard always walking
around at night. Made you feel safe. We will definitely use this place

I love how the room was spacious. Pet friendly :) I love the wood floors, amazing customer service, wifi is already included. No hidden fees! Bathroom was big enough :) about less than 5 min away from Disney plus if u like too hookah there is a hookah lounge like 3 min away! By the hotel. This place is great!! And a deal I will definitely re-book again!!!.
Room was very clean, spacious, 10 min walk to disney, and if you are lazy, a bus stop for ART bus #2 is infront of the motel directly that runs every 20 minutes to disney. Three minutes walk from Anaheim garden walk mall where all your needs from restaurants and shopping is there. 5 minutes ride from Amtrak station. I think price is a good deal.
Location was brilliant for Disney California, return shuttle service for $5pp unlimited journies, staff member Angela hotel lobby- very pleasent and helpful,room was hotel quality not like other motels, free car parking, great price considering how close you are to Disney, lots of food outlets close by.
The room was very nice, chic, stylist and roomy. I saw the picture of the room on-line and it looked so nice and the price was right so I booked the room. I will stay again when I come back to Anaheim, Thank you for the great experience and the staff was awesome and very nice.
The information counter at the front desk very helpful made the trip
easier and customer service is very important to me and surpisingly I
was satisfied. I also liked the extra shelving unit in our room.
Nice big clean room, easy walk to Disney parks once we worked out the quick way in! Even watched the fireworks from the hotel. We arrived early and were able to check in which was a huge bonus for us.
Very helpful staff. Clean rooms, no frills, we only used the room to sleep. Spent most of our time at the theme parks. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't have the time to indulge.
The ladies at the front counter were amazing. their customer service was top notch and they gave us really great sightseeing tips. A special thanks to Krista as she was fantastic.

I really liked the modern look. The pictures online were exactlly what the room looked like. Place was clean. Girls at front desk were friendly and helpful.

The rooms looked as if they had been recently remodeled. Very streamline look. Loved the hard wood floors instead of carpet.

Great place if you want to visit Disnayland. It's possible to get there on foot.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The check in and check out process was quite fast and went smoothly. The location was very convenient for us as we were spending time at the Disneyland parks. We were within easy walking distance to the parks and several restraunts.
Big room. Free parking. Decent walking distance (10-15mins) to Disneyland, if you want to go there. Every half hour or so also shuttle service.

The Manager Ray was very friendly and brought us 2 cups of cappacino and comped our 1st night stay and assured us that it would be cleaned by time we got back from Disneyland and it in fact was not!!!.

Only prob there is no closet. If ur just cool having clothes still in luggage it's cool if not I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I have to ask for a blow dryer at the front desk... And our remote for our room was broken had to use the side to change volume and channels.
You have to pay 3.5 $ per day for Wifi..I believe wifi now is a basic free service for any room stay...even when i paid for it it was slow and not dependable.
I met a lot of front desk employees throughout my 5 nights stay, some of them were not friendly, others were excellent.

They only serve coffee and it is in the lobby. The towels and wash cloths are rough.
It would have been a more comfortable stay if the room as carpeted and there was a 2 seater couch in there. It felt a little empty and cold, and those 2 additions would have made it perfect.
We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. We brought it to
managers attention and they were very nice and compt the room.
I bought a wi-fi card and signal was so poor. Felt like I had dial up speed.
We had to leave back home :(.

Parking was tight, walls were thin, no dinning facilities on hand, had to walk to main strip for food.

Shuttle was 45 minutes to 1 hour apart, not every 20-30 minutes
as advertised. Hot tub closed too early, Disneyland closed at 9pm
and by the time you get back to the hotel, you can't unwind
in the hot tub??.
There was an incident happening that involved the police as we were
checking in. Maybe should have taken the suspects and witnesses to a
back office or somewhere out of guest sight.
Parking was challenging. Barely enough spaces often could not park close to the part of the complex we were at.
No hairdryer; Bed wasn't very clean.

I asked for an extra pillow everyday...three times the first day
alone. They all said ok, but I never received the pillow. I needed it
for a back condition. If they didn't have an extra pillow
available, they should have just told me that. Being lied to was worse
than not receiving what I'd requested. Otherwise, the staff was
very friendly.

To pay daily for internet that was extremely sluggish. Good local wifi connection but very slow internet. I dont care much about other facilities than internet. Well, big room but no fridge.
The only thing bad about it the room was dirty.. they were hairs on the pillows.. and also on the comforts of the bed... I mean long red hairs.. no-sew the little shelf they had to store your stuff broke down when I put my luggage.. so I think the room was not clean before we arrive.. that was the only thing bad about that place...
Bathtub and comforter were dirty upon check-in, neighbors were noisy because the rooms had very little sound proofing, took over an hour to get requested towels, TV remote did not work well (volume and channel up buttons did not function, guide was difficult to see).
A shelf fell on my daughters foot and they did not do anything it was not the only time it fell because there were two holes in the wall. should of done somthing.

No refrig. No blow dryer, no extra towels, no Shower cap, I had a smoking room and I requested a non smoking room. I had to pay for internet . No microwave in room.
The rooms were disgusting and they did not change our bedding , the room was just rushed thru and not Clean at all. People screaming at all hours of the night!!!.
