Excellent choice very good correlation room price. Spacious rooms with refrigerators, microwaves, Maid service the room, towels, equipment of cleanliness included, parking in front of the room, internet, its proximity to the entrance gate of the park is wonderful just 3 blocks to 1 block to the left have a subway, 7 eleven, pizzas, Chinese food three market, Mexican food, etc.. Great price, especially when California Hotel tax is eighteen percent.
Owners are sweet. The room had a large flat screen tv, clean sheets and
towels, and although the room was well worn, I felt it was clean and
safe. Walkable to Disneyland and Anaheim convention center. Great for
someone on a tight budget who doesn't care about frills. We thought
we booked six nights and had only booked five. The owners were really
sweet and just charged us the extra room when we checked out. All the
bus drive.
For the price, the place was really worthwhile. The room was clean, and cleaned everyday. You have the TV and cable, WIFI, a bed and bathroom (everything you'd need to stay for a few days). The motel is basically in the middle of everything if you are going to the Anaheim convention center. You are 2-5 minutes away from the con, from many very good restaurants, from Disney Land, random grocery stores, the Hilton (if you have friends staying there), etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.Any problems were quickly
fixed. I could not work the microwave so they quickly replaced it with
one that was simple to use. The rooms have a microwave and a fridge
which is useful. The location is great if you are visiting Disneyland.We
really enjoyed our stay.
The Location, price, and comfort. they have a refrigerator and microwave, these two thigs made me the trip easier. the sheets smelled of chlorox, which means they were very clean. :).

IT was surprisingly clean, no nasty odors, no dusty and dirty room or bathroom. Great flat screen (40''), working AC, andplenty of space for three bags/suitcases.

In the reception only speak English, Spanish know nothing but try to help you in everything 100%, breakfast at the hotel not recommended, you better buy something in the market and keep in the refrigerator, and heat it in the microwave .
A very skimpy breadfast.
The staff seemed to be a family of Mexicans, and being a non English speaker myself, having a non English speaking staff made it somewhat hard to communicate.
It takes a couple of minutes for the water to run hot in the shower.
The bathroom smelled a little.
The AC kept turning on and off every 15 min or so.
No blow dryer.
You have to pay for ice.
Door doesn't have a latch.
The toilet's 'sanitary' sign was behind the door, indicating the toilet was used and un clean, but not visibly dirty. I cleaned it myself with soap and hand/face towel and was fine. Didn't complian since this was 120% improvement from my last hotel.
There were a few broken light fixtures. The bathtub was only a shower.
unfriendly desk person. "complimentary Breakfast" was never out when they said it would be.
The ice machine is broken and more then wheelchair ramp would be nice.
That I couldn't park there for the balance of the day on Sunday
without an additional charge. We hadn't finished at the convention
center until later in the day. I had to pay to park at the convention
center for 4 hours. It is not a deal breaker.
Noisy, lighting in room was weird.
The carpet was not as clean and had been covered with the powder carpet freshener.
I found two dead cockroches in the room and the stairs are unsafe.

Some doors were slightly damaged so I couldn't feel totally safe leaving my stuff.
The parking was a bit tight and they advertised breakfast. They only offered toast and mini muffins from the grocery store. They had a snack machine but it was totally empty. So was my stomac when we left for the day. You get what you pay for.
Traffic noise. Lack of attention to detail in room cleaning. For example the shelf above the closet space had a layer of dust and the metal surfaces in the bathroom needed to be wiped down to remove dust and spots.
Building out of fashion, sad.
Breakfast wasn't on time and I had to leave before I could grab anything. There is no privacy because the windows have blackout shades or nothing. The bathroom had no toilet paper. The beds were the oldest spring mattresses I've ever slept on. The carpet was lumpy and I almost tripped.
I didnt like that the hotel shared an ice machine with you connecting hotel .
, and the only ice machine between the two hotels was broken.
There was bugs.
The breakfast offered was poor. No milk, only toast available, no margerine or butter, no hot water, no fruit, just really disappointing.

There were roaches in the room.
Staff is hard to get ahold of when calling hotel and are hardly ever in
office. Breakfast offered is a joke and isn't put out till 7:30am
which most are already on there way to the park since its about a mile
from hotel to park gates. Had to pay for ice machine. Light bulbs were
out. The locks on doors terrible there is no bolt or chain my two year
old was able to open the door.

Now, I understand clearly that because of it's low price the motel may cut some corners - so I don't mind the chipped paint, or the bad decor - but it has bed bugs and cockroaches! I will never stay in this motel again, and I STRONGLY warn people who wishes to stay here. The truth is, it takes thousands of dollars to exterminate bed bugs from your home, and not worth saving a few hundred bucks form a vacation. Not to mention the bites on your body...
Run down, dirty, out dated plumbing and beds were worn out. Toilet wasn't even completely bolted down and shower fixtures were stuck and wasn't user friendly. Poor customer service and don't fall for breakfast served because all they had were mini muffins, orange juice and water in a pitcher. Walls were paper thin and upstairs floors were squeaky which kept my family up all night. Horrible experience!.
They lie in their advertaisment. It says one block from Disneyland, and it is more than a mile. We complain and they told us that a mile is the same as a block. I am 73 years old, and went with my daughter and my grandaughter; she can not listen,can hardly walk and it was a very big problem. It has been the worst experience in my life. I don't know how you can do that. I am going to talk with my lawyer.
